NZ Trade Solutions will work with you to identify the scope of your property maintenance needs and deliver an according programme. Our streamlined contact service and operation system eliminates unnecessary costs and maximises efficiency in getting the job done as soon as possible.

STEP 1
We utilise a central telephone number managed by a specially trained NZ Trade Solutions team. The customer calls and gives a description of the job required. All property repair and maintenance requests are handled via the one number across the various trades we provide.
STEP 2
The job is then logged and assigned to a NZ Trade Solutions approved contractor in the area. All requests for work are acknowledged within one hour and an estimated schedule of work commencement is assigned.
STEP 3
From this point forward the job is tracked throughout the process. Any issues or concerns with the job are communicated within the customer. All health and safety requirements are met.
STEP 4
Once completed, the job is signed off and an invoice is sent from NZ Trade Solutions. Which is formatted consistently to ensure straightforward, uncomplicated accounting. Saving administration time.
